Thrive at Home Nursing was born from a singular invitation to design an in-home care experience for an exceptional family’s matriarch.

While serving as both private RN and house manager for this distinguished client, our founder Bethany Jones established a very intentional model of care.

This model eliminates the revolving door of unfamiliar medical staff in the home, feels like peace and relief, and coordinates nursing care seamlessly with the rhythms of each client’s life.

This experience also developed her understanding of the standards, privacy, and personalization expected within extraordinary homes.

Each staff member has a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience and feels like sunshine. With diversity of nursing backgrounds and specialties, we collaborate to ensure that every medical need is addressed.
