Meet The Founder

Bethany Jones is the Founder and Director of Thrive at Home Nursing. She has redefined private duty care through a lens of continuity, discretion and uncompromising excellence. When she was approached by a distinguished family to build a 24/7 care team for their matriarch, the vision for Thrive was born.

With over 15 years of nursing and leadership experience, her background spans advanced cardiology training at Cleveland Clinic, RN management, concierge in-home care and even caring for her own grandmother through her end of life. Bethany’s work is distinguished by her clinical expertise, deep empathy, and a unique understanding of what home care can be.

Today, she leads with a philosophy that care should be delivered by a consistent, trusted team and tailored with the same precision and thoughtfulness as any other element of a well-appointed life.

  • Unlike other private nursing companies, we build small, devoted care teams for each client. Having a closed team eliminates the revolving door of strangers in your home and creates consistency, peace and trust. Your team will always include a lead nurse who is your primary support and first point of contact. In addition, we offer a House Management option, which is exclusive within the industry.

  • RNs provide you with the maximum scope of care you would receive in a nursing home. RNs have developed assessment skills specific to their licensure. With the experience to notice subtle changes in condition or vitals signs, problems can be caught early. We believe that RN level staff provide the safest environment for your elderly loved ones and we are committed to the highest level of care. We do have an overnight caregiver option for our 24/7 clients if they are stable and it is safe to do so.

  • Thrive at Home Nursing exists for those who desire 12-24 hours of care every day. We created our unique model in order to have consistent staff devoted to your in-home care and therefore do not offer a la cart services. We are a full-time boutique option.

  • Not at this time. Our private pay model allows our RNs to operate in their full scope of practice without being limited to insurance company restrictions and requirements.

  • Enthusiastically, yes! We believe that the end of life is just as precious as the beginning of life and should be navigated with the utmost dignity. We collaborate with formal hospice agencies to provide a 24/7 nursing presence that is most honoring to those nearing the end of their life.

  • Our client standards are very high to ensure an ideal working environment for each of our team members. Because we work so closely with our patients and their families, we are dedicated to choosing only the most respectful and aligned partnerships.
